A golden, olive oil–toasted PINZZA™ topped with delicate slices of mortadella, creamy stracciatella, and a bright pesto drizzle. Finished with toasted pistachios for a rich, nutty crunch and a balanced combination of crisp texture, creamy cheese, and classic Italian flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 each 12×8” fully cooked Palermo’s PINZZA™
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 8 slices mortadella
  • ¾ cup stracciatella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pesto (finish)
  • 2 Tbsp toasted chopped pistachios (finish)

Instructions

  1. Place PINZZA™ on a pizza screen or pan.
  2. Brush the surface and edges with olive oil.
  3. Bake at 475–500°F for 3–4 minutes, until the crust is golden, crisp, and heated through.
  4. Remove from oven and layer mortadella slices evenly over the warm crust.
  5. Dollop stracciatella evenly across the surface.
  6. Drizzle with pesto and finish with toasted pistachios.
