Korean BBQ Pizza

A bold, globally inspired PINZZA™ layered with sweet and savory Korean BBQ sauce and tender marinated beef. Baked until hot and caramelized, then finished with tangy kimchi, a drizzle of sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, and fresh green onions. A perfect balance of sweet heat, acidity, and umami on a light, crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 each 12×14 fully cooked Palermo’s PINZZA™
  • 8 oz Korean BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups Korean BBQ beef (cooked, chopped)
  • ½ cup kimchi (drained)
  • 2–3 Tbsp sriracha mayo (finish)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds (finish)
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions (finish)

Instructions

  1. Place PINZZA™ on a pizza screen or pan.
  2. Spread Korean BBQ sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edge.
  3. Distribute Korean BBQ beef evenly across the pizza.
  4. Bake at 475–500°F for 5–7 minutes, until the crust is hot and crisp and the beef is heated through and lightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from oven and top with drained kimchi.
  6. Drizzle with sriracha mayo, then finish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
