Beef Birra Pizza
A bold, street-food inspired PINZZA™ layered with rich birria sauce, slow-braised shredded beef, and melted mozzarella cheese. Finished with fresh cilantro, diced onion, radish and finished with queso fresco. Served with warm consommé for dipping. Deep, savory flavor with a crispy, light crust built for dunking.
Ingredients
- 1 each 11.25” fully cooked Palermo’s PINZZA™
- 4 oz birria sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded birria beef (drained)
- ¼ cup diced white onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup thinly sliced radish
- ¼ cup crumbled queso fresco
- 3 oz warm consommé (for serving)
Instructions

Place PINZZA™ on a pizza screen or pan.

Spread 4 oz birria sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edge.

Top with 1 ½ cups mozzarella, distributing evenly.

Add 1 cup shredded birria beef, spreading evenly across the pizza.

Bake at 475–500°F for 4–6 minutes, until cheese is fully melted and the crust is hot and crisp.

Remove from oven and finish with diced onion, chopped cilantro, sliced radish, and crumbled queso fresco.

Slice and serve immediately with warm consommé on the side for dipping.
